This comes out of the Alaskan cook book Mira found and we tried it and it is different and real good Mira thought it might even be good with a chocolate frosting on it, but it was good just like this.
Ingredients
¾ cocoa
1 ½ tsp vanilla
1 ½ c sugar
½ c oil
2 ¼ c flour
1 ½ c water
¾ salt
1 ½ tsp soda
1 (8oz) pkg. cream cheese
pinch of salt
1 egg
1 small pkg chocolate chips
1/3 c sugar
Directions
Mix preceding ingredients and pour into greased baking pan. Mix following topping and drop around top of cake mixture so it will bake into the cake.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
