This is my mothers sour cream cake and it’s the one she made while she was on the farm. It is was really good.
Ingredients
1 c sour cream,( not sour cream you put on potatoes) if sour cream is real sour put in ¼ tsp soda
1 c sugar
2 eggs beaten
½ c sweet milk
2 c flour
2 rounded tsp baking power
pinch of salt
2tsp flavoring (approximately) any kind you want
Directions
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes makes a 9x13 cake pan
