Ingredients
1 square margarine, softened
2 c peanut butter
1 lb powdered sugar
1 (6oz) pkg chocolate chips
1 inch square paraffin wax
Directions
Mix together the margarine, peanut butter, and powdered sugar until well combined. Chill the mixture until firm.
Melt the chocolate chips and paraffin in a double boiler over hot water. I prefer using the microwave on low power, stirring frequently.
Place about ½ teaspoon of melted chocolate in the bottom of a small paper cup. Take a marble-sized piece of the peanut butter mixture and press it into the chocolate, forming it so that the peanut butter comes up the sides of the cup. Drizzle another ½ teaspoon of melted chocolate over the top.
Tip: When working with melted chocolate, be careful not to let any water get into it. Even a small amount of water can cause the chocolate to become streaky and difficult to work with.
