This is my Gladys Fullmers "Grandma" cinnamon rolls.
My mom used to make these when I was a kid and I loved them.

Ingredients

6 c flour
2 yeast cakes or 2 rounded Tbsp
½ c sugar
2 c milk (scalded) or use hot powder milk
1 rounding Tbsp salt
2 eggs
1 warm water
1 ½ raisins
½ c shortening (melted)
sugar and cinnamon

Frosting-

Powder sugar
cream
Lemon flavoring

Directions

Mix flour, sugar and salt into a bowl. Then shape a hole in the middle. Beat eggs. Put yeast into water to dissolve then put yeast into eggs. Put yeast and egg into a hole in flour and mix. Put in milk raisins and shortening, stir dough is quite soft. Let rise. Roll out. Brush dough with melted shortening. Sprinkle it with sugar (quit a lot) and cinnamon. Roll dough up and pinch sides to keep it together. Cut in one inch pieces. Put a 1 inch cube of butter and put brown sugar in the pan. Place cinnamon rolls in with room between to let each one rise. Bake at 375 degrees until they turn golden brown

Frosting-

Mix together so you can just pick it up with the back of a spoon and put it on hot rolls. Frost as soon as they come out of the oven. If as soon as you take them out of the oven turn them upside down and let the butter and brown sugar sink into the rolls. The frost.
