I found this recipe for Corn Dog, which I have had for years. It works but sometimes it is just easier to buy corn dogs. Saundra should like these.
Ingredients
10 wieners. Boiled then dried (good)
sticks
Batter
2 eggs
2/3 c milk
1c milk
1 c flour
1/3 corn meal
½ tsp baking powder
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 ½ tsp celery seed
Directions
Boil wieners, and then dry real well. Put wieners on a stick. Make batter, roll the wieners in batter and fry in hot grease until they turn brown.
